David Kendall

David Kendall (tuba)

Originally from Southampton, David moved to London to study with Patrick Harrild at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Following on from his studies, David stayed in London where he is now in high demand for his talents as an orchestral tuba player. Working with the London Philharmonic, London Symphony, BBC Symphony, Bournemouth Symphony and English National Ballet orchestras, David has travelled all over the world and was delighted to be invited to play with the Hyogo Performing Arts Centre Orchestra in Japan in 2009.

David is also a hugely experienced chamber musician and soloist having performed both the Vaughan Williams and Edward Gregson tuba concertos with the City of Southampton and Bournemouth Symphony Orchestras.
